Domino's Pizza

The atmosphere isnt bad, it just doesnt have inside seating, though, it does have available patio furniture that you can use outdoors that is available for not just the dominoes crowd, but also the neighboring establishments to, that way you can chit chat with your brethren, or neighbors, per say, and possibly spread a good cheerful message with one another, encouraging each one's pathway foward as they truge back home, or to their further destinations from their, mine usually: unknown. Until next review...

I ordered on line a thing crust pizza. I got home and it was regular crust. I just don't understand and very stingy with the sauce. No good pizzas in Decatur

My pizzas were left in prep for over an hour and a half, when I went into the building to see why it was taking so long I find a new hire who just learned how to make pizzas completely alone as orders and callers pile up. As I watched him work he was clearly stressed as all of the aspects of the job were starting to weigh on him. Whatever manager allowed a new hire to be completely alone like this should be replaced; this location clearly needs more workers and whoever runs it should start being a better boss before your store starts to lose money.

Ordered through domino's app...the app never updated so our pizza got cold outside. Our pizza had zero sauce on it -- I don't mean they skimped, I mean they forgot to add it entirely. We also ordered a pepperoni cheesy bread that was scorched in the oven and delivered as a burnt log. I phoned the store to have our food re-delivered after 2 hours of waiting -- not an exaggeration, we are talking hours -- and the person I spoke to told me to bring the food back in so they could remake it. We ordered food because we are drinking alcohol. It is obviously unsafe to drink and drive. This domino's delivered less than mediocre food and it took them over an hour to deliver it. And customer service was unfortunate. I know this is small fish, but this is basic stuff and they really flubbed it.

We have ordered from this Domino’s location several times. After tonight’s experience, I will never order from Domino’s again. Online order placed around 9:30 pm. At 11:30 pm we received a phone call from this location telling us that there was NO chicken available for a Chicken Bacon Ranch sandwich. Of course we had ordered two. Replaced with Phili Cheese sandwiches. Please see below. Will not be coming back, ever!
